Harmony Sleep Solutions is designed to support sleep from multiple angles by combining Brainspotting, CBT-I, and nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
What is Harmony Sleep Solutions?
Harmony Sleep Solutions is a wellness coaching program created for individuals who want a more complete, body-aware approach to improving sleep.
This program supports clients in understanding how sleep can be affected by nervous system dysregulation, stress and bedtime activation, unhelpful sleep habits and patterns, nutrition and lifestyle factors, and sleep-related anxiety or mental overstimulation.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, this program blends education, coaching, and body-based support to help clients create more restorative sleep patterns in a realistic and sustainable way.
What Makes This Program Unique
Brainspotting
This program includes Brainspotting techniques used through a coaching lens to help clients increase body awareness, reduce activation, and support nervous system regulation around sleep.
CBT-I
Clients receive education on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, including practical tools related to sleep habits, routines, behaviors, and thought patterns that can interfere with rest.
Nutrition and Lifestyle Education
Because sleep is influenced by the whole body, this program also includes education on nutrition and lifestyle patterns that may impact sleep quality, energy, stress resilience, and overall wellness.
