What is ADHD Regulation and Lifestyle Coaching?

This is a wellness coaching program for individuals who want practical support around the day-to-day challenges that often come with ADHD.


Rather than focusing on shame, discipline, or forcing rigid structure, this program helps clients:

  • Understand how ADHD affects regulation, motivation, habits, and routines
  • Build systems that are realistic, flexible, and sustainable
  • Support the nervous system and reduce overwhelm

This is not therapy or ADHD treatment. It is a coaching-based program centered on education, skill-building, and lifestyle support.
